Venus enters Cancer on July 31st, beginning a four week stay (until August 26th). While something of a partier in the neighboring signs of Gemini and Leo, Venus in Cancer tends towards the traditional, emphasizing home, kith and kin.
Romance and relationship may be more internally focused for the next month as this less outgoing energy prevails. It can be a good time to focus on the home, and stay within relatively familiar bounds (the Leonine energy of the next month will, however, offer plenty of opportunities to get out).
If everything else is lined up, Venus in Cancer could offer an opportunity for couples to move in together. I wouldn't suggest it as a random idea, but if it's something you've been considering, then this time will have the cosmic wind at your back.
One thing to keep in mind is that Cancer is a relatively protective, security-oriented sign. The hard shell of the crab hides vulnerabilities, and we could be a little reactive (especially with the high energy of eclipses, Uranus station, and more over the next month). If you get to feeling a little insecure, remember that open, honest discussions are probably a more effective route to feeling better than getting into a Cancerian sulk. AD July 2017
