With the sensitive and intuitive Moon in Pisces conjunct Chiron in a few hours, it’s our monthly opportunity to heal another layer of existential loneliness that is likely to surface at this time. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to forgive and heal any past hurts from current or old relationships, as our hearts are likely to be more open at this time. This includes hurts that we inflicted on others.
Forgiving someone/ourselves does not translate into ‘their/our behavior was ok’. It merely recognizes that as humans we are all learning and we all make lots of mistakes. It also acknowledges that in our own way, we are all doing our very best with where we are at, at a particular time in our life. The more we can genuinely forgive, the more space and energy we have to love and be loved, which is ultimately what the Moon in Pisces is all about.
With the Sun in idealistic Aquarius, together with Venus, equality is at the forefront of our minds in all our relationships. Today is a great day to spend time with members of our tribe, which are not necessarily the same as our family. Notice what the connections are about and how focusing on a project together over the next month may improve something in the world.
However, the Pisces Moon may also need some quiet time to meditate, listen to gentle music, have a candlelit bath and/or daydream, so a mixture of time together and time alone is more likely to meet our needs today. The Hawaiian Ho'oponopono chant can be very comforting when the Moon is in Pisces. MG
