Course Terms and Conditions.

  1. Participants agree that all material viewed and heard during the classes is strictly the property right of the Course and the tutors/instructors. This material is copyrighted by the School of Relationships and Astrology and will only be used for the learning of the students on the course. To maintain confidentiality, recordings and all materials from any of the courses must not be shared with anyone outside the course. Attendees doing so will be immediately excluded from any future classes and courses without refund, and legal action will be taken.

  2. Students are entirely responsible for accessing the online course with the link they are sent, and for ensuring that they have the broadband capacity to do so.

  3. Whilst every effort is made to record all classes, we cannot guarantee that a recording will be available if technical problems impede this from happening.

  4. Full Refunds, minus a 20% administration fee, will only be available for cancellations made at least a month prior to the start of a course. In some circumstances, when there are reasons beyond a student’s control that prevent completion of a term that’s already in progress, the student may carry their fees over to a future course. This is at the discretion of the Relationships and Astrology core team members.

  5. Tutors/instructors can exclude attendees from a course. If an attendee is excluded from the course, a refund will be given for the remaining classes, minus a 20% administrative fee, unless the exclusion is based on behavior by the student that is deemed to be bullying or discriminatory.

  6. Discrimination or bullying of any kind is not tolerated on this course. The course tutors are members of ISAR and adhere to ISAR’s code of ethics which is available here: Code of Ethics (7/2003) – ISAR (isarastrology.org)

  7. Participants all agree that the classes will be recorded and posted to the course portal or student course page. Course content is entirely protected by copyright and not to be shared without the express written permission of the tutors/instructors.
